Delicious!!!! Found on our road trip traveling home from West Virginia back to Pennsylvania. If you are visiting the area I highly recommend this as your lunch choice! I had loaded Mac and cheese the pork was tender. 2 types of BBQ sauce! The staff was friendly. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. I also enjoyed a cold sweet tea that was delicious. There is a good amount of seating . Great spot in WV! If you are wondering about the ceiling picture, well that is because I found the architecture to be very beautiful. I don't know the history of the building but I would stand to guess it has been there for many years!

Large portions/perfectly seasoned. The prices were very reasonable, especially given the quantity and quality of the food. Main choices included burgers, brisket, nachos, pulled pork- side dishes were very flavorful- the Mac and cheese and Mexican street corn were our favorite. Seating in the front and back of the restaurant. Simple decor and casual atmosphere as expected. We went twice during our stay in the area because it was so good!

Our organization was looking for a food to be catered at a reasonable price for our high school students. We found it at South Texas BBQ. The food was excellent our students loved the food and many came back for seconds. The owner worked with all our needs and student food allergies. They answered all our question quickly and even let us change our order at the last moment. The food was delivered on time and set up exactly as needed. We gladly recommend South Texas to anyone who wants good food at a reasonable price and the best service available. Dan L

Yes, barbecue is breakfast food- don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! “The 361” and Smoked Pork Belly & French Toast were amazing, delicious, phenomenal, outstanding, you name it! Bonus points for fantastic sweet tea too. If you’re debating on eating here, consider this your sign to give them a try!

We make it a point to support local businesses. Half way through our 14-hour drive from Illinois to New Jersey, we decided to try a local restaurant for dinner. If you find yourself in Weston, WV you have to eat at South Texas Barbecue Company! Everything is scratch made from the BBQ sauces to the banana pudding. Everyone is friendly, the service was fabulous and the food was delicious!!! My husband and I both got platters that came with two meats, two sides, pickles and pickled jalapenos. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and turkey. Our sides were Mexican street corn, beans, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. The bark on the brisket was beautiful and fork-tender. The BBQ sauce was so good that we bought a bottle to take home and got a banana pudding to share during the second half of our drive. Long story short, skip all the fast food joints off the exit ramp and eat at South Texas Barbecue Company, you won’t be disappointed!

It's the place to be. Had a burger and it was fantastic. Service was great even though they were definitely tired from a long day. Good food, likely the best in town. On top of that, dessert was on the house...

Fantastic burnt ends. Seriously so good. Mac and cheese and pulled pork were also really well done. Pork was incredibly tender. House made Ranch was killer to this non ranch liked.
